They’re made of Rodelle Baking Cocoa, almond flour, coconut cream, maple syrup, cacao nibs, and not much else. The result is a perfectly rich but not-too-sweet chocolate cream spread atop a flaky almond crust, dolloped with coconut whip and a sprinkling of nibs. They’re one of our favorite desserts yet, and served as miniature pies, it’s simply too cute not to try.
