PBS Distribution just announced that they will be releasing the new DVD “PBS KIDS: HAPPY BIRTHDAY,” on October 10, 2017. The new DVD includes 10 birthday themed stories from some of children’s favorite PBS KIDS shows. From picking out a cake to planning a surprise party, kids will be excited to break out the balloons and streamers to celebrate with this new DVD!
